An Act extending the wellness program tax credit.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Massachusetts wellness program tax credit, as established by Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012, is hereby extended by repealing Section 41A, 56A and 298 of Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012."
