An Act relative to personnel records.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subclause (c) of clause Twenty-Sixth of Section 7 of Chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word" privacy" in line 168, the following new text:- or a potential danger to public safety including material related to an internal review of the conduct of police officers or firefighters.
