An Act providing for access to baby-changing stations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 143 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 90 the following section:-
Section 90A. All new or substantially renovated buildings which are reasonably expected to be open to the public shall be charged with providing safe and equally accessible changing tables in bathrooms regardless of gender.
