An Act relative to municipal procurement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 39M of chapter 30 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “on the COMMBUYS system administered by the operational services division, (3)”.
SECTION 2. Section 44A of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “on the COMMBUYS system administered by the operational services division, (3)”.
