An Act relative to privacy protection for minors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 64 of chapter 51 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the sentence in line 10, the following sentence “The portal shall not display any biographical information of a person that is subject to chapter 51 Section 4, subsection (a) with the designation “pre-registrant” or other term or code as specified by the state secretary.”.
