An Act relative to investigators at the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 72 of Chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word ‘commission,’ in line 13, the following:-

"Said investigators shall have all the power of a police officer in a city or town, with reference to enforcement of the laws, excluding chapter ninety, of the commonwealth."

SECTION 2.  Section 56 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word ‘chapter,’ in line 11, the following:-

"Said investigators shall have all the power of a police officer in a city or town, with reference to enforcement of the laws, excluding chapter ninety, of the commonwealth."
