An Act relative to identification for the sale of alcoholic beverages.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 34B of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 13, after the words “chapter ninety” the following words:— , or a valid photographic, non-duplicate motor vehicle license issued by the registry or department of motor vehicles of another state
