An Act relative to year-round job creation.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 3C of chapter 23A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(d) Notwithstanding subsections (b) and (c), the EACC shall, by guideline or regulation, establish an incentive program to encourage businesses to hire and retain new, permanent, full-time employees in the commonwealth, provided however that the business shall not be required to invest in improvements to receive tax credits as part of the program established under this subsection.
