An Act relative to pedestrian public safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended in paragraph 4, line 6, by striking the words “one dollar” and inserting in place thereof the following: “twenty dollars”
SECTION 2. Section 18A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended in paragraph 4, line 8, by striking the words “two dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following: “forty dollars”.
