An Act protecting funding for municipal roads and bridges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general law or special law to the contrary, the funding amount and formula for funds reimbursed at to cities and towns pursuant to subsection (b) of section 4 of chapter 6C shall not be affected by specific construction projects including but not limited to the design, planning and construction of the Allston Interchange Multimodal Project.
