An Act relative to child vehicle passenger safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7AA of chapter 90 as appearing in the 2016 official edition is hereby amended by striking in line 28 the words "not more than twenty-five dollars " and inserting in place thereof the following:-"fifty dollars for a first offense and one hundred dollars for a second or subsequent offense".
SECTION 2. Section 13A of chapter 90 as appearing in the 2016 official edition is hereby amended by striking in line 30 the words:-" twenty-five" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"fifty for a first offense and one hundred dollars for a second or subsequent offense".
