An Act relative to the Spring Grove Cemetery in the town of Andover.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, but subject to paragraphs (a), (b) and (g) of section 16 of chapter 30B of the General Laws, the town of Andover may convey to J & J Ball Realty Trust a parcel of land shown on a plan entitled “Plan of Land in Andover, Massachusetts Showing Land to be Conveyed from the Inhabitants of the Town of Andover to J&J Ball Realty Trust, 47 Spring Grove Road, Andover, Massachusetts 01810”, dated January 13, 2017 and revised January 14, 2019, prepared by Merrimack Engineering Services and on file with the clerk of the town of Andover.

As consideration for conveyance authorized in this act, J & J Ball Realty Trust shall pay to the town a sum of not less than $7,800.
