An Act to extend veterans retirement buyback opportunities.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 158, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, the words “four years provided” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 10 years; provided.
