An Act further regulating the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at certain polling places in the town of Middleton.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding section 24 of chapter 54 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary relative to the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages at polling places, the town of Middleton may authorize the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages at certain polling places but no alcoholic beverages shall be sold or consumed in that portion of a building used as a polling place during voting hours or while ballots are being counted therein.
