An Act relative to safe driving.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 36 of Chapter 85 of the General Laws is hereby amended to add the following definition:-
For the purpose of this statute, the term “debris” shall include, but not be limited to, snow and/or ice.
