An Act relative to the membership of the PRIM board.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 23 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 201 and 202, the words “representative of a public safety union who shall be appointed by the governor”, and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“a person chosen from a list of three public safety retirement systems, who shall be a member of a union and also a member of a retirement board, nominated by the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems Executive Board”.
