An Act banning marijuana billboards.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 239, the word “, billboard”.
SECTION 2. Said section 4 of said chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “data”, in line 242, the following words:- “; provided, however, that no billboard shall be used for advertising, marketing or branding of marijuana or marijuana products”.
