Livingstone for legislation relative to marijuana zoning; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1124) of Nick Collins and James B. Eldridge for legislation relative to cooperatives in the Marijuana industry ; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1127) of Julian Cyr and Sarah K. Peake for legislation relative to participation by farmers and businesses of all sizes in the regulated marijuana industry; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1130) of Jason M. Lewis, Michael O. Moore and John F. Keenan for legislation relative to marijuana potency; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1132) of Patrick M. O'Connor, Mathew J. Muratore and Viriato M. deMacedo for legislation to dedicate one-percent of the recreational marijuana excise to youth substance use prevention; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2221) (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Dean A. Tran for legislation to establish a commission to study the effects of K2 in state prisons, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2331).
