An Act relative to rabies and other vaccination requirements and licensing.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 145B of chapter 140 as appearing in the 2018 official edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 39 after the word “reasons” the following:- “and a titer test, in the case of these medical exemptions, may be administered to assist in determining the need for the vaccination;”
