An Act relative to PEG access and cable-related funds.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 53F¾ of chapter 44 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 7, the word “appropriated” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- expended by the board, commission, committee, department or officer designated by the issuing authority as defined in section 1 of chapter 166A, without further appropriation,.
