An Act requiring medical exams for certain school bus drivers.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 8A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 12, the words “licensed physician within a three” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- licensed physician or a medical professional listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners within a six.
