An Act to prevent discrimination in interscholastic athletic and extracurricular activities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 16 the following section:-
Section 17. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any school age child with a disability shall not be precluded from participating in any school-sponsored interscholastic athletic or extracurricular activity.
