An Act relative to candidate reporting requirements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18 of Chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 21, by inserting before the word ‘eighth’ the following:- “fiftieth day preceding a primary, the”
SECTION 2. Section 18 of Chapter 55 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended in in line 24, by striking the word “eighth” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “fifteenth”
