An Act to protect the integrity of town meetings.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The first sentence of section 32 of chapter 56 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “vote”, in line 3, the following words:- or to incentivize their attendance or absence at a town meeting.
