An Act supporting parents running for public office.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6 of Chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “office”, in line 66 the following:-

or expenses relating to the provision of child care services.

SECTION 2. The director of the office of campaign and political finance shall promulgate rules and regulations to implement this act no later than December 31, 2020.
