An Act relative to increasing the annual stipend for members of the Commonwealth's Hazardous Material Response Team.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of chapter 21K of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by replacing $3,000 to $5,000 in paragraph m, line 4.
