An Act relative to fraternal benefit societies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 40 of Chapter 176 of the General Laws as appearing the 2016 Official Edition is hereby amended in line 41 by striking the words "twenty-five" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "fifty".
