An Act relative to cancellation of service contracts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 149P of Chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended in subsection (7) in line 21 by inserting the following after the word "holder":-
"printed in bold typeface in a font not less than four points larger than the remaining body of the contract;"
