An Act relative to group insurance commission procurement.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Paragraph Twenty-Sixth (h) of chapter 4, section 7 of the general laws is hereby amended by adding after the word "person;" the following: "except that this subparagraph shall not apply to proposals and bids as described herein as made or received by the group insurance commission."
