An Act regarding assistant court clerks.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of chapter 221 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “Plymouth, 6 assistant clerks” and inserting in place thereof the following: “Plymouth, 10 assistant clerks”.
