An Act updating the definition of sexual assault counsellor to expand confidentiality protections.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 20J of Chapter 233 of the General Laws, as it appears in the 2016 Official Edition of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting the words “, allied mental health professional,” after the word “psychologist” in line 10.
