An Act relative to preventing discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity by educational institutions.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 151C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the words "sex, sexual orientation, gender identity," after the word "religion" in lines 5 and 11 and by inserting the words ", sexual orientation, gender identity," after the word "sex" in lines 19 and 42.
