An Act relative to revising certain laws that unconstitutionally proscribe private consensual conduct between adults.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 34 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following sentence at the end of the section:- This section shall not apply to acts conducted in private between consenting adults.

SECTION 2. Section 35 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following sentence at the end of the section:- This section shall not apply to acts conducted in private between consenting adults.
