An Act relative to the transfer and sale of a certain parcel of land in the town of Tewksbury.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 5 of chapter 153 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by inserting after the word "proceeds" the following words:- ", net of any costs the town of Tewksbury incurs to remove buildings from the site or to otherwise prepare the property for sale,".
