An Act relative to three dimensional crosswalks and speed bumps.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The department of transportation shall install three dimensional cross walks or speed bumps in high traffic areas where pedestrians cross.
