An Act to protect communities of color.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 28 of Chapter 133 of the Acts of 2019 are hereby amended by striking out the word "2020" and inserting in place thereof the words ''2021 or 12 months from the date of passage''.
SECTION 2. This act shall take affect upon passage.
