An Act relative to the cleanliness of public rest rooms.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 92A the following section:-
Section 92B. The department of public health shall promulgate regulations regarding the cleanliness of public rest rooms in places of public accommodation, as defined in section 92A, within one year of the passage of this act.
