An Act relating to mutual company dividends.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: Section 9 of Chapter 330 of the Statutes of 1994, as amended by Section 3 of Chapter 63 of the Statutes of 1995, is amended by striking out Section 6 therein.
