An Act relative to electronic automobile insurance charges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 193B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “nondiscriminatory” in lines 3 and 4, the following:- No insurance provider shall charge a fee for processing an electronic transaction without written notification.
