An Act to ensure equitable access to health coverage for children with disabilities.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 16A of Chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof:-

Section 16A. The division shall establish a program of medical care and assistance for certain disabled children, 18 year olds, and young adults ages 19 and 20 of the commonwealth, including children who are blind, without regard to immigration status.
