Resolutions requesting the Governor (with consent of the council) to remove Susan L. Jacobs from the office of Associate Justice of the Bristol Probate and Family Court of Bristol County.

 

Resolved, That both houses of the legislature hereby request the governor (with consent of the council) to remove, under the provisions of Article I of chapter III of Part the Second of the Constitution, Susan L. Jacobs from the office of Associate Justice of the Bristol Probate and Family Court of Bristol County; and be it further

Resolved, That the clerk of the Senate be directed to transmit an engrossed copy of these resolutions to the governor forthwith.
