An Act relative to assistant registers and administrative deputy assistants  for the Middlesex Probate and Family Court.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 23A of Chapter 217 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “Middlesex, 1 assistant register” and inserting the following: “Middlesex- 4 assistant registers to allow for 2 assistant registers in Middlesex North and 2 assistant registers in Middlesex South, notwithstanding it shall be in the sole discretion and jurisdiction of the Register of Probate to move the assistant registers where needed”.

Section 23B of Chapter 217 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “Middlesex, 4 administrative deputy assistants” and replacing with “Middlesex, 1 administrative deputy assistant”.
