An Act relative to veterans and habitual offenders.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 25 of Chapter 279 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line (...) of subsection (a) by inserting after the words "provided by law" the words:-"No sentence imposed under this subsection shall be reduced or suspended nor shall such person so sentenced be eligible for probation, parole, work release or furlough or receive any deduction from such person's sentence for good conduct."
