An Act relative to cannabis host agreements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 official edition, is hereby amended by striking subsection (d) in its entirety, and inserting in place thereof the words:- "A community which grants a marijuana establishment or a medical marijuana treatment center a license to do business within the community may charge said marijuana establishment or medical marijuana treatment center not more than a 3 percent excise tax on the establishment's or treatment center's gross sales."
