An Act to grant co-op’s equal business opportunity.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 25 of chapter 55 of the acts of 2017, is hereby amended in the definition of “craft marijuana cultivator cooperative” by striking out the words “to marijuana establishments but not to consumers” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “to those entities or individuals authorized by law or regulation to receive such deliveries.
