An Act relative to community works programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 24 of said chapter 90 of the General Laws, as modified by section 33 of chapter 69 of the acts of 2018, is hereby amended by inserting the words “; to participate in a program to provide services to municipalities within a county pursuant to section forty-nine C of chapter one hundred twenty-seven;” after the words “to engage in employment pursuant to a work-release program” every time they appear.
