An Act relative to health care proxies.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 2 of Chapter 201D, of the General Laws is hereby further amended by inserting at the end of section 2:- The proxy shall remain in effect and not be revoked due to death of the principal until 6 months from the time of the principal has deceased.
