An Act relative to ensuring fairness in public employee workers' compensation benefits.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 58 of chapter 30 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in lines 19 to 20, the following words: “of patients or prisoners in the employee’s custody”
