An Act relative to newspaper delivery.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
All newspapers shall hire newspaper delivery boys and girls to deliver newspapers on foot or by bicycle. Newspaper depots shall be established in every city and town to facilitate pick up of the newspapers by said delivery boys and girls each morning.
In the event of adverse weather, delivery boys and girls shall not be required to deliver newspapers and the newspaper publisher shall make alternative arrangements for delivery.
