An Act relative to the management of Fuller Field in the town of Clinton.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 375 of the acts of 1945 is hereby amended by striking section 1 and inserting in its place the following section:-
Section 1. There is hereby established in the town of Clinton, hereinafter referred to as the town, a commission to be known as the Fuller field commission, hereinafter referred to as the commission. The members of the board of parks and recreation commissioners shall serve as the members of the Fuller field commission. The members of the commission shall be sworn to the faithful performance of their duties and shall serve without salary.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
